 Central Park has evolved into a thriving mixed-use precinct with significant growth yet to be unlocked.

Enhanced amenities driving appeal for continued growth

Central Park’s evolution includes investments in community spaces such as The Green, an award-winning food and beverage hub. Once a tired car park, it now features six eateries, recreational areas, and a movie screen.

Subdivision has also added two adjacent residential developments and hotel accommodations, serving the growing number of residents and visitors.

With future development rights and future-proofed amenities, the site is poised for expansion, including a high-rise tower, new commercial buildings, and potential to double the net lettable area, making it one of New Zealand’s largest mixed-use developments.
