Sometimes, you just don’t feel like coming to work. On such occasions, consider taking a Duvet Day for some much-needed rest. A Duvet Day is one day of leave per year that you can apply for without needing to provide advanced notice.

Long Service Leave
We’re extremely grateful for long service. So, as a token of our appreciation, you’ll receive Long Service Leave (5 days for 5 years) to celebrate your 5-year work anniversary with us. You’ll also get a further 5 days’ leave for every year of service after that.

Welcoming a new baby (or babies!) into the family is both a special yet demanding journey. One way we extend our support to our Oyster families is by offering your first 4 weeks back from parental leave with full-time pay, while only working 4 days a week.

At Oyster, we stand with and support new parents. We offer a paid parental leave top up which matches the government paid parental leave amount that you’re eligible for, for 26 weeks.
