OUR Story

Oyster launched in 2006, and combined with Prime Retail in 2010, forming what we know as Oyster today. Oyster was formed with the vision of providing a full range of professional services for its retail, office and industrial property owners and investors. Since then, Oyster’s offerings grew to provide both funds and property management, with assets under management expanding from NZ$500 million to NZ$1.7 billion.

Our funds management services are comprehensive and include capital-raising, sourcing and structuring property funds, investor relations and reporting and re-sales of investor interests. Our property management services offer a combination of experience, personal service and innovative development ideas; these services include full asset, financial, facilities and project management, specialist retail property consulting and leasing, and retail management and development services.

With a team consisting of high-experienced development management, asset management, property and facilities management, retail leasing, and capital sourcing, we aim to transform property investment together.
