Head of Investor Relations

Mat joined Oyster in March 2024. As Head of Investor Relations, Mat oversees all aspects of Oyster’s investor relations function, with a focus on fostering strong investor relationships and driving growth across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Oyster, Mat was Head of Investor Relations at Jasper Property, where he helped to grow the company’s investor base and facilitate wholesale investor access to prime real estate opportunities across New Zealand and Australia.

Mat has also held key positions at PMG Funds Management, BNZ Bank and ANZ Bank, where he gained extensive experience in business development and financial services.

His expertise in and commitment to the sector are of great value to the Oyster team and are integral to driving investor engagement and strategic growth initiatives. Mat holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago.
