Job Scope
Delivery of agreed Property and Asset Management Agreements. Rent reviews and Lease renewals as necessary. Lease negotiation including liaison with tenants and leasing agents as necessary. Preparation and ongoing management of operating expense budgets. Assisting in the preparation of annual strategic plans for individual buildings. Developing and maintaining strong landlord/tenant relationships. Working in conjunction with Facilities Manager to ensure maximum enjoyment for tenants. Management of tenancy schedules to ensure correct reporting. Preparation of monthly asset reports for individual buildings. Oversight of tenancy coordination and fit-out activities. Ensuring tight control over debtor management and insurance obligations. Overseeing and assisting the Health and Safety Co-ordinator for the asset.

Eligibility Criteria
4+ years in a commercial property management capacity. Tertiary qualifications in Property or a related field. Comprehensive understanding of all legal documentation such as leases, deeds of assignment, easement agreements, etc. Well-versed in business operations including a strong financial acumen. Working knowledge of property related legislation (e.g. contract law) and facilities management.

Responsible for development and delivery of the overall strategic vision including associated annual business plans and budgets. Lead and build a dynamic, high-performing management team always striving for increased capability and quality. Board-level reporting and meeting attendance. Oversight of company financial management with a constant eye on financial planning, cashflow, risk and insurances. Ensuring company compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Taking the lead on Development Management for future planned stages whilst building and maintaining key partner and stakeholder relationships. Ensure major tenant relationships are not only maintained but strengthened and Asset Management practices are delivered to the highest industry standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Tertiary-level qualifications in Management, Commerce or Property. Extensive experience in business management, strategic planning and financial oversight. A minimum of 10 years in a senior-level capacity within a retail property (shopping centre) environment. Proven experience taking a shopping centre through a period of development works. Experience leading teams and inspiring others to achieve business goals. Strong financial nous with the ability to convey complex themes to a range of stakeholders. Both broad, big-picture thinking ability coupled with detailed, analytical delivery. A strong commercial awareness and understanding of business principles, drivers and opportunities, utilising these to enhance business performance.
