Job Scope
This role manages all Marketing and Communications for the company and its asset portfolio and is responsible for implementing marketing strategy, providing the CEO and the Board with updates as Oyster’s Marketing lead. With a strong focus on digital marketing and communications, the role develops the marketing plan and strategy in advance of all capital raises, which includes organisation of marketing collateral, media schedule and digital communications. It manages the budget, the creation and publication of all marketing material, brand management, website development, internal and external communications and everything in between. Another exciting aspect of this role is the opportunity to continue to embed our company vision and values into all internal and external marketing material.

Eligibility Criteria
This role is perfect for someone who is a confident communicator, decisive, and a self-starter with experience working autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Marketing qualification with more than 5 years’ experience as a Senior Marketer, including:
– Working with leading marketing automation tools and CRM systems, specifically Marketo and/or Salesforce
– Advanced knowledge of WordPress or similar, with previous experience updating website content
– Managing corporate social media platforms, with high-level understanding of Google Analytics
– Developing strong relationships with stakeholders internally and external parties, including Public Relations, Design and Media Outlets

Being quick to pick up systems, excellent at content writing and great at driving projects through to deadline whilst managing a broad and busy workload will ensure success in this role.

Equity Raising Executive

Job Scope
In response to the demand for our investments from both new and existing investors, this newly created, integral role will be responsible for leading the equity raising for the Oyster Direct Property Fund and Oyster’s secondary market. The role will drive the continued growth of Oyster’s investors through roadshows, marketing initiatives and by building strong relationships, influencing outcomes and ultimately successfully converting investment opportunities. The role will assist with our standalone retail and wholesale equity raises alongside our internal team and existing equity raising partnership.

Eligibility Criteria
The ideal person for this role will have strong sales aptitude with a track record in building stakeholder rapport to drive conversions. Experience within the property sector, coupled with strong financial knowledge and commercial acumen are key to the role. Someone who is a self-starter, with plenty of drive and who can work effectively under pressure will be successful in the role.
